How to Reset Your Password on radja bandot
Losing access to your radja bandot account doesn't mean losing your balance or game history. Our password-reset system is designed to verify your identity quickly and securely before granting access. Here's the process:
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Open your mobile browser (Android Chrome, Safari on iOS, or any desktop browser) and navigate to the radja bandot login page. Look for the "Forgot password?" link below the password field. Tap or click it.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
You'll see a form asking for the email address linked to your account. Type it carefully—this is the email you used during registration, not a phone number or username. Once entered, click the "Send reset link" button.
Our system checks our database to confirm the email exists. If the email is not found, we'll display a message asking you to verify the spelling or contact our support team. If found, we send a password-reset email to your inbox within subject to verification.
Step 3: Check Your Email
Open your email inbox (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, or your provider) and look for a message from radja bandot with the subject "Password Reset Request." If you don't see it after subject to verification, check your spam or promotions folder—some email providers filter automated messages there. Once found, open the email and locate the "Reset Password" button or link.
Step 4: Create Your New Password
Tap the reset link in the email. You'll be taken to a page where you can enter your new password. At radja bandot, strong passwords contain at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols (e.g., !@#$). Examples of strong passwords:
- Secure#Pass123
- MyAccount$2025
- RadjaBandot!Pwd9
Weak passwords (e.g., "password", "12345678", "radja123") may be rejected. If your password is rejected, add more variety and try again.
Step 5: Confirm and Log Back In
After entering your new password, click "Confirm password reset." The system will confirm the change and redirect you back to the login page. Log in using your email and the new password you just set. If you use two-factor authentication (2FA), you'll be prompted to enter the code from your authenticator app or SMS after entering your password.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication to Prevent Future Lockouts
At radja bandot, two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security to your account. Even if someone obtains your password, they cannot log in without the second verification code. We offer two 2FA methods:
Authenticator App (Recommended)
Download an authenticator app on your phone—Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy all work. In your radja bandot account, go to Settings > Security > Enable 2FA. Select "Authenticator app," and the system will display a QR code. Scan it with your authenticator app. The app will generate a new 6-digit code every 30 seconds. Enter one of these codes to confirm setup. From then on, after entering your password, you'll be asked for this 6-digit code.
SMS (Short Message Service)
Alternatively, choose SMS-based 2FA. After you log in with your password, radja bandot will send a 6-digit code to your registered phone number via text message. Enter that code on the next screen to complete login. SMS codes are valid for subject to verification.
- Recovery codes
- When you enable 2FA, radja bandot generates 10 one-time backup codes. Store these in a safe place (password manager, encrypted file). If you lose access to your authenticator app or phone, you can use one recovery code to regain access.
- Backup phone number
- Add a backup phone number to your account. If your primary phone is unavailable, 2FA codes can be sent to your backup number instead.
What If You Forget Your Email Address Too?
If you can't access the email linked to your radja bandot account, password reset is temporarily blocked. In this case, contact our support team immediately. Go to the Help section of our site and select "Contact Support." Provide details such as:
- Your username (if you remember it)
- The last four digits of any payment method you linked (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, etc.)
- The phone number or secondary email on file
- A description of your situation
Our support team will verify your identity and may ask for a copy of your ID or a selfie to confirm you are the account holder. Once verified, they can help you regain access. The verification process typically takes 2–4 hours during business hours (9 AM–9 PM Jakarta time, daily).
Why We Ask for Verification
At radja bandot, we verify identity during account recovery because your account holds deposited funds and game history. Requiring email verification, 2FA codes, or identity documents ensures that only you—the legitimate account holder—can reset the password and access your balance. This protects you from unauthorized access, especially in shared-device environments common in Bandung, Medan, and other urban areas.
Best practices
- Keep your email address accessible and updated
- Enable 2FA with an authenticator app or SMS
- Store recovery codes in a secure location
Avoid these mistakes
- Using the same password across multiple sites
- Sharing your recovery codes or 2FA backup number
- Ignoring password-reset emails as spam
Password Reset and Payment Security
Resetting your password does not affect your deposited funds, withdrawal history, or payment methods linked to your account. Your balance remains in your radja bandot account while you set up your new password. Once you log back in with your new credentials, you can immediately access your balance, review your transaction history, and continue playing live games, slots, or sports markets.
However, if you suspect unauthorized access—such as unexplained withdrawals or missing funds—contact our support team immediately before attempting a password reset. Provide transaction details, and our team will investigate and restore funds if fraud is confirmed. All payment methods on file (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) remain active after password reset unless you manually unlink them in Settings > Payment Methods.
